A couple of finisher ideas:

  • AMRAP (As many reps as possible) in 5 minutes, resting as needed
  • Superset the Death Crawl with Kettlebell or Dumbbell Swings like this:

- Death Crawl (5), rest 30 secs

- Kettlebell or Dumbbell Swings (20), rest 30 secs

- Repeat this superset 3-5 times
